Return and Refund Policy

At PAD Prints and Designs, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality print products. Due to the customized nature of many of our items, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The print is significantly different from the approved design or order specifications

All claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims beyond this period will no longer be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-printed or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Minor variations in print placement, size, or color due to standard production tolerances

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Process for Returns or Replacements

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@padprints.ph within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  3. We will evaluate your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

If your request is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

  • For returnable items, you may be asked to return the product to our shop or shipping hub.

4. Refunds

If a refund is granted, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • For orders paid via cash-on-delivery, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or GCash.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them—only if production has not yet started. After this window, orders are considered final and non-refundable.
