We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, please note:

• Actual colors may slightly vary from what is seen on screen due to lighting and screen settings.

• For custom products, minor shifts in alignment or placement may occur and are considered within acceptable production tolerance.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• Once payment is confirmed, production begins.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be changed or canceled once in production.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, with full refund provided in such cases.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit Card.

We process orders within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery time depends on your location and courier partner timelines.

Delays caused by weather, holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

• The item received is incorrect

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

• PAD Prints and Designs is not responsible for legal issues arising from user-submitted content.

PAD Prints and Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product or service.
