At PAD Prints and Designs, we make every effort to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review the following shipping terms and guidelines when placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom or bulk orders, processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on design approval and production volume.
We will notify you if there are any unforeseen delays with your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Coverage
We deliver orders via trusted third-party courier services to all regions in the Philippines.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Metro Manila: 3–5 business days

Luzon (excluding Metro Manila): 3–7 business days

Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or high-demand seasons.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order.
Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on applicable products or during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). You may use this number to track your parcel via the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. PAD Prints and Designs is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect shipping details

Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Lost packages caused by courier mishandling (although we’ll help coordinate with the courier)
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, kindly contact us immediately for assistance.
