Marketing Executive

PAD Prints and Designs, a growing printing company in San Juan, Batangas, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to help drive our brand awareness, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our printing services and products to both individuals and businesses.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.

• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries online.

• Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community activities.

• Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• At least 1–2 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in printing or related industries.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on-site in San Juan, Batangas.
