Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order. At PAD Prints and Designs, we aim to make the cancellation process clear and fair for both parties, especially when handling custom-made items.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet started.
To request cancellation:

Email us at support@padprints.ph as soon as possible.

Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
We will confirm via email if your cancellation is approved.
2. Custom Orders Are Final
Orders that involve custom printing, personalized designs, or bulk printing cannot be canceled once production has begun. This includes:

Apparel with custom logos or names

Personalized merchandise
-
Made-to-order signage or promotional items
These are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before production starts:

A full refund will be issued through your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Declined Cancellations
We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if:

The order is already in production or has been shipped

The order involves customized or personalized products

The request was made after the 12-hour cancellation window
In such cases, the order will proceed as confirmed, and no refund will be granted.
