While we take pride in the quality of our work at PAD Prints and Designs, the nature of digital and manual production processes can result in slight variations. Please review this disclaimer before placing your order.
1. Color Accuracy
Product colors shown on our website may vary slightly from the final printed item due to:
- Monitor and screen display differences
- Lighting conditions during photography
- Material texture and ink behavior on various substrates
2. Print Placement and Alignment
For custom and apparel printing, minor shifts in design placement, scale, or alignment (within industry-standard tolerances) may occur during the production process. These are not considered defects.
3. File Quality and Responsibility
If you submit your own design or artwork:

You are responsible for the content, resolution, and accuracy of the file.

We are not liable for poor output caused by low-resolution or improperly formatted files.
We recommend following our artwork guidelines or requesting a file review before production (if available).
4. Natural Material Variations
For some print surfaces (like kraft paper, canvas, wood, or certain fabrics), variations in texture, finish, or absorbency may affect the final output. These are inherent properties of the material and are not considered flaws.
5. Product Use and Care
Some items, such as printed shirts, mugs, or decals, require special handling. Please follow the care instructions provided to maintain print quality. PAD Prints and Designs is not responsible for product damage due to misuse or improper care.
